Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on transaction status, payment status, whether the digital asset has already been delivered or released, and applicable banking/payment-provider rules.

Before delivery

If a transaction is cancelled before digital asset delivery and the payment is eligible to be returned, an approved refund will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

After delivery

Because digital asset transfers may be irreversible, refund requests after delivery are reviewed individually.

Requesting a refund

Email payments@murphygulsun.com with the transaction reference, payment date and reason for the request. Do not send full card details.
