General terms applicable to transaction enquiries and P2P digital asset transactions.
Transaction acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Transactions may be declined or delayed where verification, payment, banking, fraud-prevention or other legitimate requirements are not satisfied.
Transaction terms
The amount, rate, payment method and any applicable service charge should be confirmed before payment.
Payment
Customers must use the agreed payment method. Where a card payment link is provided, card information must be entered only on the secure bank/payment-provider page.
Digital asset delivery
Delivery or release occurs only after required payment confirmation and verification checks.
